Between the commencement date of July 1, 2018, and the conclusion date of March 31, 2022, a retrospective study was carried out. In the initial stages, 1045 patients were determined to be involved. The odds of replantation failure were greater than those of revascularization (odds ratio 0.4, 95% confidence interval 0.2-1.0, p = 0.004), suggesting a lower risk of failure associated with revascularization. Treatment with extended courses of antibiotics, antithrombotics, and antispasmodics was not found to mitigate the risk of treatment failure (odds ratio 12, 95% confidence interval 0.6 to 23; p = 0.63).
